At Mid-Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, & CareCredit.

Insurance Plans Accepted:

Please note: Our office only accepts traditional PPO plans. The only accepted Medicare plans are UHC and Aetna. The only Medicaid plan accepted is MCNA for patients under age 19. Our office is only in network with dental insurance, any medical insurance will need to be filed separately by the patient.
